I had reached the lowest point in my life. Thirty-plus years of addiction had wrecked just about every relationship and cost me everything I owned. A counselor in a secular rehab gave my wife the information about this ministry and we decided to see what it was about. What it’s about is life and life more abundantly. God is a God of restoration, deliverance, and healing.

I was in addiction for 21 years. I lost everything not once, but twice. I lost my children also. I was so tired of trying to get clean but failing. But God. I asked my counselor in rehab about somewhere to go once I got released or I would be homeless. He told me about LifeChangers. I’m thankful that I called. I came in and met Jesus and I have never looked back.

When I came into LifeChangers I was hopeless. I was 57 years old, I had been involved with drugs since my youth, and I was finished. I knew that I no longer wanted to be dependent on something unfulfilling as the substances that never helped. I’m glad I gave God and His ministry LifeChangers a try. LifeChangers Ministries is a FREE non-profit organization, we want to help those who want help in finding freedom from their bondage through Christ, not hold a standard against them because they cannot afford to be free from chains! We all deserve to get the help we need and here at LifeChangers Ministries we want our students to not have to worry about “IF” they can afford it or not! Please pray on it and help us help others!
So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver.
